Massive congrats are in order for Millie Mackintosh as Ebury Press have just announed they will be publishing Millie's first ever book - 'Made' by Millie Mackintosh.

'MADE: A BOOK OF STYLE, FOOD AND FITNESS' will be an accessible guide filled with hints, tips, advice and anecdotes on style, beauty, food and fitness, and it will be publsihed in hardback in September 2015, priced £16.99.

With access to some of the best nutritionists, make-up artists, hair stylists, fitness trainers, fashion designers and stylists, Millie has taken everything she has learnt from all of these professionals and put together the ultimate book for achieving the success in fitness and style.

we never knew this, but apparently a few years ago Millie Mackintosh found out she was unhealthy - her body fat percentage was much higher than it should be and she was used to eating junk food and didn't enjoy exercise - causing low energy, lacklustre skin and  no idea of how to get herself out of this cycle. So Millie decided to overhaul her life and her diet and was rejuvenated; she is now stronger, healthier and more confident.. so now we want a piece of that action!

Millie said 'Releasing a book has been an ambition of mine, so this is a bit of a ‘pinch me’ moment. I was so thrilled when Penguin Random House liked the book idea and it’s been so fun working on the book and in it you’ll find everything I love – fashion, beauty, fitness and food. I’ve collaborated with some really amazing and inspiring people to make this book happen and I’m so excited to see it on bookshelves in September.’
